NEWSPAPERS FOR SPCA The Service and Witness Committee will continue its
outreach to the SPCA due to the overwhelming surplus of newspaper that keeps coming
in ! The SPCA really does appreciate all your support. REMEMBER TO TAKE OUT THE
GLOSSY FOLD OUTS.
SOUTHEASTERN VIRGINIA FOOD BANK - Remember those in need during the
Holidays. Christmas collections will be made in the months of November and December
for the Food Bank.
ROOTS AND WINGS
PLEASE - Don't forget to participate in the "Roots and Wings" campaign, a worthwhile
and necessary endeavor. Information is located by the entrance doors.
WE NEED YOU !!
We need ushers, greeters, offering counters, and scripture readers. Weekly opportunities
are available!! Act now to reserve your spot. Contact Claudia Cary for ushers, greeters,
or counters. Contact Keith Benson for scripture readers.

Anyone interested in participating in the prayer shawl ministry please contact Claudia
Cary or Charlotte Chagnon.
RELAY FOR LIFE
There will be an ongoing Relay for Life "Pennies for a Cure" in the social hall each
Sunday. Please remember to bring your change jars or your extra change to place in the
water bottle.
Books and Scarves are also for sale to benefit Relay for Life
